This is an authentic WW2-era porcelain soup bowl of Nazi Germany used in a Deutsche Arbeitsfront (DAF) - German Labor Front mess hall; it was manufactured by Bauscher - Weiden of Bavaria, indicated by its back stamp. Porcelain ware like this was standard issue in mess halls and canteens, used by workers and staff during the period.
